No. In-Image ads will neither affect the current layout of your website, nor your website functionality. All In-Image will do is scan your web content and choose contextually relevant images to display ads within them.

Since In-Image ads will appear on your webpage only once the page has completely finished loading, it does not add to your existing page load time.
