Should I introduce In-Image to my visitors?

Although it isn’t mandatory, you could choose to add a clause in your FAQ/Help section, informing visitors about the new ads they see. This notification could also work as an introduction to In-Images ads and inform users about ways in which they can interact with them.

For instance, you could add the following paragraph to your blog, website or forum –

The ads appearing on images are In-Image ads by Affinity. Affinity’s system scans the images on a webpage and places relevant ads within them. The ads will appear when the image is visible in the visitor’s browser (on focus). Affinity’s systems are designed to comprehend whether the bottom half or top half of the displayed image is above the browser fold (visible area of the browser) and will accordingly render images on that half. You could choose to click on the link provided in the ad to visit the advertiser’s website.
