Although it isn’t mandatory, you could choose to add a note somewhere in your FAQ/Help section, informing visitors about the new ads they see. This clause could also work as an introduction to In-Text ads and inform users about ways in which they can interact with these ads.

The double-underlined hyperlinks appearing are In-Text ads by Affinity. Affinity’s system scans the content on a webpage and places relevant ads within them. When you hover over these links, an ad bubble will be presented to you; the content of which will be contextually related to the marked text. You could either choose to move the mouse away from the text to make the ad bubble disappear; or you could click on the link provided in the ad to visit the advertiser’s website.
