Recovering a Forgotten Password

In case you do not remember the Password to your Advertiser Console, you can still get access by generating a temporary password. Here’s how:
1. Visit ads.affinity.com and click on the Recover Password link.
2. Here, key in your Username or Email Address.
3. Click Send Password.
4. A temporary password is then emailed to the User Email Address on file with us.
- NOTE: The Temporary Password will only work for the next 7 days.
Once you have successfully logged in to your Advertiser Console, we highly recommend that you reset your Password.
